At an event or program of Whole Life Change LLC dba The Dawson Chess Academy (“Company”), photography, audio, and video recording may occur. Your attendance at an event or program constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and authorization to the Company to use and publicize any recordings for publicity and promotion of the Company. You will not receive compensation for the use of any such recordings. The Company shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in the recordings. You have no right to review or approve the recordings before they are used. You fully and forever waive, release, and discharge the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of any kind whatsoever that may arise out of the Company’s use of the recordings.
